The series coating line are mainly used in plating various metallic films, dielectric film, composite metallic and dielectric film ,transparent conductive film and CF film on the surface of flat glass ,acrylic,PC and PET etc..we can provide design and complete set of equipment according to users requirement, also be responsible for the processing technology ,just like turnkey engineering services. 1.Equipment characteristics: Material of the vacuum chamber is SUS304.The interior wall is polished. And the exterior wall is sprayed beads after polishing treatment.We separate the vacuum chamber by independent gate valve-plug valve, so as to achieve the effective isolation and stability of stability processing gas. At present, plug valve design is only applied to our product and our company has the capacity to process this plug valve .Compared with the current generic flap valve, plug valve can seal better and be more durable.Transmission adopts magnetic guide to guarantee the stability of transmission. Speed for each section of the whole production line is driven by variable frequency motor, the running speed is adjustable.Electric Control System: Touch screen and PLC automatic control, human-machine dialogue realize the date display, operation and control of system. 2.
